When purchasing our raw materials, we ensure our delivery routes are as short as possible. This enables us to keep in close contact with our suppliers ensuring fresher foods and an immediate, positive impact on our environment.
We use the International Food Standard IFS and are audited regularly so that our compliance with this standard is certified. Every production step is precisely recorded and properly monitored, from the mixing of the dough to the packaging of the bases tartes in a controlled atmosphere.
When storing our products, we take the utmost care to maintain the cooling chain.
Our processes are run in accordance with precisely defined parameters. We use fully-automated processes in packaging, flash freezing and storage, with precisely defined parameters that we monitor conscientiously. Consistent quality guaranteed.
Premium quality right from the start is our promise to our customers. That’s why we maintain close, personal contact to our suppliers, and examine raw materials and processes at their place of origin. Our grain is ground in Alsatian mills using traditional craft methods in accordance with specific requirements. As a result, our ingredients meet the precise needs of our special manufacturing methods.
